A few common situations.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
A new shipment may not show carrier scans immediately. Check the carrier link in your shipping email. If 17TRACK cannot identify the carrier, choose the carrier named in that email or contact COREUS for help.
The tracking says delivered, but I can't find it.
Check the delivery location, household members, building reception, and any carrier delivery notes. If it is still missing, contact support with your order number and tracking details.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact support as soon as you notice the issue. Changes depend on the order's status, and we can't promise that an address can be changed once fulfillment or shipping is underway.
